First waitress offered free drinks as she was so embarrassed about the despicable service. When we finally finished eating the drinks were included on the bill. We spoke to a woman about this who was really very rude. We often as a group have visited this place but this will be the last time that we spend nearly £300 there. Absolutely shocked and disgusted.
